Hey Girl,

This outfit of the day is brought to you by the worst night of sleep ever! I’m publishing it because I can’t sleep and so I might as well put an OOTD up on the blog. Ugh. More coffee please. Anywho. I’m getting more into hats, can you tell? I really want to work them into my wardrobe more and so I’m experimenting. This look I would consider it to be “dipping my toes in the water” with this hat. I’m letting the hat be the star of the show and statement, while the rest of my outfit stays relatively neutral and basic. I would love to know what kind of fashion “risk” you are taking this season? LUXE Gift Guide

Hi Friends! I know that most of us have a “hard to buy for” recipient on our lists, and maybe you are looking for something that is really taking it up a notch. That is exactly what this guide is made for. LUXE doesn’t mean more money, although some items on the list are more expensive than others. It just means more unique and more luxurious items. Hi Friends!

The fact that I survived the weekend in Vegas is reason enough for me to say that I had a successful week! 🙂 That time change combined with wanting to see ALL THE THINGS… whew. Wipes a girl out! 😉 I have a new outfit of the day for you though, and this wrap is all kinds of fun! Sometimes you just don’t want to wear a coat and you would rather wear a blanket… basically that’s what  I have for you today!
Easy layers and a fun, statement blanket wrap make this outfit ready for anything you have going on this season! I added my fun backpack to add a little edge, and the booties are easy and edgy too! Truly this look says “Put Together” without that much effort!

Nearly the weekend! The Hubs and I are off to a really fun adventure this weekend! I hope you will follow along in stories, its sure to be exhausting and amazing at the same time. Today’s look is an easy outfit with a versatile sweater that is easy to wear with either leggings or denim. I have this one also in black, which is unfortunately out of stock, but the gray is still available. The sweater is lightweight so you won’t feel overheated when you are at a holiday gathering, but cozy enough too! I paired it with gray booties and jeans this time just to show you how easy it is to give it a little front tuck and get out the door!

Hey Friends!

Oh yeah, November is here and I could not be more excited. Our family always has a busy month of November. Our Kiddos have both their birthdays, there is a BIG football game, and of course all the “Holidaying” with Turkey Day! Here is another snuggly look to keep the cold at bay! This newsboy hat is my jam lately! Sherpa is totally a “thing” right now and I am so happy because its so snuggly! I layered my basics with this fun buffalo check scarf, it adds texture and warmth- its perfect for the cooler months to layer with! Gotta have some good basics to wear under all ur fun statement items! My denim and top here on on that list for me. I hope you enjoyed today’s Outfit of the Day!

Getting Cozy: Holiday Lounge and Pajamas

I take my Holiday House clothes very seriously, naturally it would be my first Holiday Post! If you see me after 4pm in the winter I am MOST likely in my holiday cozies watching a holiday movie! Not kidding! Hibernation is my Jam! I’m not talking JUST your matching pajama set for Christmas Day. I’m talking like my everyday Holiday Happiness cozy loungewear.

Ok, so that being said, I found a few of my favorite looks I am seeing right now. I love the ability to mix and match tops and bottoms, you can really make it your own. There are SO many to pick from, but heres a small selection to get us started for the season! I have a couple options already at home, so I will be showing you those in stories today! Monthly Favorites Recap: October

HI Friends!

What a Month!  I can’t recap the month without first extending a hand in gratitude to you, my tribe, this community. This month my life was FOREVER changed. It was quite emotional for me losing my Dad this month has totally rocked my world. But somehow each day I seem to wake up and I am determined to continue to press on. I am so happy for all the wonderful and kind words you have each said to me during this time. Many of you have showed even more bravery in sharing your own personal stories with me. Trust me it does not fall on deaf ears. Don’t you think that it helps to know you aren’t going through things alone? I hope for each of you, the pain subsides in some way and you are able to enjoy things in life again.

This cream sweater is a favorite for us for the past month and there’s no slowing this baby down! This color is big time perfect for winter!

 

This month we had a HUGE month of SO Many favorites! I really had to narrow it down because we hit it out of the park with so much cozy and sale items!

This cozy snap up fleece is SO insanely good, unfortunately nearly sold out– if you have yet to snag one you better!

Ya’ll by far one of THE most sought after jackets of ALL TIME! This traveler jacket is CRAZY good! You all must have the same feelings as me, Black is my Happy Color. I’m wearing a size L-put this baby on your Christmas list if you need to you wont regret it!

 

Oh the most coveted poncho of the month…Sadly sold out SEVERAL times. Relinking it for you Just in case it happens to decide to restock! 😉
