Outfit of the Day: Neutrals with a Hat

Hey Girl,

This outfit of the day is brought to you by the worst night of sleep ever! I’m publishing it because I can’t sleep and so I might as well put an OOTD up on the blog. Ugh. More coffee please. Anywho. I’m getting more into hats, can you tell? I really want to work them into my wardrobe more and so I’m experimenting. This look I would consider it to be “dipping my toes in the water” with this hat. I’m letting the hat be the star of the show and statement, while the rest of my outfit stays relatively neutral and basic. I would love to know what kind of fashion “risk” you are taking this season? What else can I work on for you and helping you style?

Cowboy caviar 🌽🍋‍🟩🍅🌶️ 1 can black-eyed peas 1 can Cowboy caviar 🌽🍋‍🟩🍅🌶️
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can street corn
1 bell pepper
1 jalapeño
1½ tomatoes
1 small onion
1 bunch cilantro
1½ tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp Tajín

Directions:
	1.	Drain and rinse the black-eyed peas and black beans.
	2.	Dice the bell pepper, jalapeño, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
	3.	Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
	4.	Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
	5.	Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
