My Wellness Routine
Over the past few years, I’ve become much more intentional about taking care of myself from the inside out. As a busy mom and content creator, feeling my best has become just as important to me as looking my best.
While healthy eating, regular movement, quality sleep, and hydration are always my foundation, I’ve also chosen to incorporate a few wellness products into my personal routine. These are simply the products I’ve chosen to use as part of my own lifestyle, and I’m often asked about them, so I wanted to create one place where you can learn more.
My Current Wellness Routine
GLP-1 Support :My wellness journey has been incredibly personal. After reaching my health goals, I continue to work with my healthcare provider to determine what makes sense for me. This has helped me maintain healthy habits that fit my lifestyle while allowing me to focus on long-term wellness rather than short-term dieting.
NAD+: One of the additions to my routine has been NAD+. I personally use it because I’m focused on supporting my overall wellness as I get older and staying consistent with healthy habits. It’s become part of the routine that helps me prioritize taking care of myself.
GHK-Cu : Healthy skin has always been important to me, especially as I’ve gotten older. GHK-Cu is another product I’ve personally chosen to include in my routine as part of my overall commitment to skin care and self-care.
Vitamin B12 :I also include Vitamin B12 in my routine. It’s a simple addition that fits well with my overall wellness plan and complements the healthy lifestyle habits I’m working to maintain.
Why I Share My Routine: I share these products because so many of you ask what I’m personally using. Everyone’s wellness journey is different, and what works well for one person may not be the right choice for someone else. My goal has never been perfection—it’s been consistency. Taking care of my body, my skin, my health, and my confidence has become one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. My Aesthetic & Skin Care Routine
One of the questions I get asked most often is what I do to maintain my skin and appearance, so I wanted to share my routine in one place. First, I want to say this: there is absolutely nothing wrong with aging. My goal has never been to look 20 again or to completely change my face. I simply enjoy taking care of myself and investing in things that help me feel confident. These are personal choices I’ve made over the years, and I believe the best results come from making small, natural-looking enhancements while staying true to yourself.
Botox I receive Botox every three to four months to help soften my expression lines. I prefer a natural look, so my goal is always to look refreshed—not frozen.
Dermal Fillers I’ve also had dermal fillers and have been happy with subtle enhancements over the years. Rather than dramatically changing my appearance, I use fillers conservatively to help restore balance and volume.
Areas I’ve personally had treated include: • Lips • Cheeks • Chin

Laser Treatments Laser treatments have become one of my favorite ways to invest in my skin. I schedule treatments throughout the year as part of my long-term skincare routine and love how they complement everything else I do to care for my skin.
Professional Facials I also make professional facials a priority and try to schedule one about every six weeks. It’s one of my favorite forms of self-care and helps me stay consistent with my skincare routine.
My Eyebrow JourneyI ultimately decided to have the old pigment professionally removed with laser treatments before starting fresh. It was a process that required patience, but I’m so happy I did it. I’ll be sharing before-and-after photos here (see below) because I know so many of you have asked about my experience and what’s possible if you’re considering eyebrow tattoo removal.

My Philosophy
I’ve learned that there isn’t one product or one treatment that’s responsible for healthy-looking skin. For me, it’s about consistency.
I focus on staying hydrated, eating well, protecting my skin from the sun, maintaining a good skincare routine, scheduling professional treatments when they make sense for me, and taking care of my overall health from the inside out.Everything I share on this page reflects my own personal experience. I’m not trying to convince anyone they need these treatments—I’m simply sharing what I’ve chosen for myself because I receive so many questions about my routine. Beauty looks different for everyone, and I believe the best approach is one that helps you feel confident in your own skin.I had my eyebrows tattooed and later tried microblading. While it was the right choice for me at the time, my style and preferences changed over the years.

My Approach to Nutrition & Exercise
One of the biggest questions I get is, “What do you eat?” The truth is, my approach has evolved over the years.
For a long time, I followed the Faster Way to Fat Loss program and tracked my macros consistently. That experience taught me so much about nutrition, portion sizes, protein intake, and how to fuel my body. I still believe macro tracking is one of the most effective tools if you’re working toward a specific goal, whether that’s losing body fat, building muscle, or improving body composition. Today, though, I’m in a different season. I’m no longer chasing a number on the scale or following a strict meal plan. Instead, I focus on eating balanced meals, prioritizing protein, staying hydrated, and listening to my body. My goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle that feels sustainable rather than restrictive. My current wellness routine—including the products I personally use—supports the healthy habits I’ve worked hard to build over the years. They don’t replace good nutrition or exercise, but they fit into the lifestyle I’ve created for myself.
Movement Over Perfection
Exercise has also become less about “burning calories” and more about feeling strong, energized, and taking care of my body.Rather than following one specific workout program, I enjoy mixing things up throughout the week. You’ll usually find me doing a combination of:
• Strength training • Pilate • Walking
Some weeks I do more of one than another, and that’s okay. I’ve learned that consistency matters far more than perfection. At this stage of life, my focus is simple: move my body every day, fuel it with nourishing foods, take care of my overall health, and choose habits I can realistically maintain for years to come.
I truly believe wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about creating routines that help you feel your best and fit into your everyday life.
