The LBD paired with booties and a cardigan are a great cute and casual look.
When it comes to building your closet, just like anything we need to work on the foundation. If you are looking at a closet re-vamp, its important to consider what you already own- but also If you have the basic building blocks of a timeless closet. Now there are many items that we can debate upon that are closet must -haves. But in compiling this list, these items need to make the cut on a few levels. These items need to stand the test of time, including being able to be worn in any season, and can be dressed up or down.
THE LIST:
1. Plain White Tee
2. LBD (little black dress)
3. Dark Wash Skinny Denim
4. Denim Jacket

I grabbed my Workwear LBD, paired with flats and a perfect cut denim jacket– This makes for a great Happy Hour transition outfit!
No, this is not the exciting new trendy statement jacket (that I currently lust over), but these are items that will build the foundations of your closet.

I styled my plain white tee for my typical Mom Duties, but this shirt can go anywhere!

When it comes to personal style, how we decide to make a statement is different for each of us. Some like more subtle, some of us like to make a BIG impact, and sometimes its right in the middle. Honestly that can change day to day, and it all depends so much on how you are feeling right that moment. I just love that personal style gives you the permission to change your mind at a moment’s notice.

My Goodness I have a hard time sharing face to face with my besties let alone just tossing things out on the internet! But, here I am! Going head first. 🙂
