Updated SkinCare Routine

I recently shared on Instagram Stories the changes that I have made to my skincare routine. I have been using ZO by Obagi for about 6 weeks now and I can really see a difference in my skin. I have STRUGGLED with my skin breakouts and acne scarring for a LONG time, and with the combination of getting Dermalfusion facials I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! The products that I use are based off a skincare consultation so that I could have the best treatment and outcome possible at Vitality Natural Wellness.

I am going to list out here exactly what I use so that in case you have the same struggles you can pick up the same or make an appointment to get your skin evaluated for hopefully the same results! Nighttime Routine

Remove makeup first (I use Cetaphil to assist)
ZO Exfoliating Cleanser:I use this on my face and neck.
ZO Dual Action Scrub: 2-3x per week less at the beginning. This helps with dry skin removal and is one of the best exfoliators I have used.
ZO Oil Control Pads: These have worked WONDERS on my hormonal acne.
ZO Instant Pore Refiner: Reduces the size and look of pores.
ZO Brightener and Retinol: I use the .5% Retinol
ZO Hyrdrafirm Eye Brightening Repair Cream: I use the smallest amount ( like the size of a grain of rice) for each eye morning and night.

Daytime Routine

ZO Exfoliating Cleanser:I use this on my face and neck.

Hey Friends! I hope you are having a fantastic week! My kiddos Spring Break is just around the corner and we are just prepping to stay home! Do you all have any big plans? Our plans are to take it easy, and maybe go to the movies! Today’s Outfit of the Day is all about that pink stripe! I adored this top from a try on session and just literally loved how soft it was and how fresh it looks with white denim! Popping over this boyfriend jacket has been my favorite thing to do lately, but ya know, I’m into it! Just another Fun a Casual #FancyCasual look for Spring!

Spring Layers to Love with LOFT

I put this look together for a fun “dress down” day for the office, (although this is pretty dressed up for me) or even a fun baby shower look! At the office everyone expects a blazer, but a pink one?! Yes, please! You know I don’t like to go far from my denim, and today is no different! This pair isn’t distressed, but I’m loving the upscale fray at the hem. Add in the pop of leopard with the top and this look is trendy with the elevated look of layering that is so fun and fresh for spring!

I’ve shared in my personal story before that I haven’t always been able to find clothes for myself easily, I have been shopping at LOFT for a while now not only because of the in trend styles — but also for the fit. Sizing inclusivity is one of my favorite things about LOFT. I LOVE that ladies of all shapes and sizes are able to find clothing that makes us all feel good!

You all have been LOVING my Spring and Resort wear posts, so I thought I would continue the party and post a little OOTD today! I LOVE white jeans, they give such a fun little crispness to even a gloomy day ( pictured here haha)

This button down shirt I recently featured in a Try On session, and so is this denim jacket actually! Love all the ways you can style this gingham top, and with the boyfriend denim jacket– it adds a fun touch of distressed to a typically prep look! Honestly the stuff is such good price, how can you pass it up?! I hope your day is brightened a tiny bit and helps get you excited for Spring!
