Healthy One Pan Pasta Dish

Girls, we have had a TON of fun in the kitchen already this year cooking up some yummy goodness! I have another recipe today sharing a Healthy One Pan Pasta dish using my Always Pan from Our Place! I bought THREE in the holiday season (two were gifts!) And I use mine everyday, its lightweight and looks great to keep ON the stove and serve right out of it! This pan is super special because it has SO many uses!

I love that it comes with a colander, and I can boil pasta, makes it SO easy! It actually can replace 8 different typical pans in your kitchen! I am really excited not just to share a super yummy and healthy recipe but also let you know the most multifunctional pan in the history of pans is back in stock with a brand new color: Heat. It comes with a bamboo steamer, set of chopsticks, built-in spatula, and a stainless steel steamer basket. Not to mention: The non-toxic nonstick is so good it basically cleans itself! This new colorway is now available and sold in a set which includes the steamer and chopsticks for $175.

My recipe today is SO easy and perfect for use for this pan – as was able to boil the pasta and sauté in the same pan- made cook time quick and the clean up a breeze!

Cowboy caviar 🌽🍋‍🟩🍅🌶️ 1 can black-eyed peas 1 can Cowboy caviar 🌽🍋‍🟩🍅🌶️
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can street corn
1 bell pepper
1 jalapeño
1½ tomatoes
1 small onion
1 bunch cilantro
1½ tsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp Tajín

Directions:
	1.	Drain and rinse the black-eyed peas and black beans.
	2.	Dice the bell pepper, jalapeño, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
	3.	Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
	4.	Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
	5.	Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
