Skincare Favorites from Colleen Rothschild

I use these products on the daily, so I wanted to get my favorites products all in one spot! Her skincare is a gamechanger for my acne prone skin– I actually had a consultation with Colleen herself earlier in the season! So fun! She made a few suggestion for me that I will pass on to you since they are so helpful! I will put them in order of usage so you can reference it back!

The Radiant Cleansing Balm gives you the at home spa experience- the cleansing balm gives an effect of a makeup melt, so I like to use it after a long day of wearing makeup. Comes with its own muslin cloth– my advice is to use it as a little steamer — feels so good on your skin!

Two products for me that have been amazing for keeping bacteria at bay PLUS giving me the wrinkle and fine line fighters are the Gylcolic Peel Pads (targets fine lines, hyperpigmentation leaves my skin feeling fresh and bright!) and the Mandelic Acid Radiance Serum (This serum promotes cellular turnover, acne, dark spots and all over texture) Its a duo I don’t go to sleep without.

Sometimes our skin needs a little extra TLC- and masking is a great way of giving it what it needs! Colleen Rothschild ]masks are some I use on the regular also! The clarifying detox mask is one of my favorites!

The Hair Products smell amazing and I LOVE the hair mask! Highly recommend these! I swear by both the serum and hair mask for keeping my hair hydrated and shiny!

Other options would be if you wanted to get started on a few products without committing to a full sized product– grab the discovery kit! It is a great way to get into the brand and try out a few things of your own!

Date Night Tops Under $30

Hey friends! Spring is just around the corner I can feel it! I makes me so excited to be able to be outside a little bit more! That means Date Night!!! 🙂 Walmart has some really fun tops lately that make it really easy to toss on a pair of jeans and get out the door and have fun! My favorite kind of date night USUALLY includes tacos and margaritas– but I have been known to love a great steak too. I love having fun little tops like that, but since they aren’t something I wear all the time– I don’t like to spend a ton of money on them! (You know me, liking to wear something new butttttttt need it to be affordable too!) Walmart has a ton of great tops that fit the budget AND are so so cute!

Look of the Day: 1 Shirt 2 Ways

Friends! You KNOW I love a good graphic tee! Today I thought it would be so fun to show you what I would do with one in a dressy outfit and also more casually styled. The shades of green are a fun way to be on trend, but also the pieces are versatile. I have featured LOFT in previous Look of the Day posts not only because I love the fit, but because of the sizing availability. The size ranges are Petite to Plus, which makes it all more appealing to me to help women of all sizes feel great about about their outfit.

The Outfits: First this cactus tee— could it be any cuter?! I love in the dressier version with the wide leg pants to knot it, adds JUST enough sass. I thought the wide leg pants are a fun way to change things from my denim, but also not a skirt- they are super comfortable and flattering! The denim jacket with the stripe pants is a perfect fit, I sized down to a M for a more fitted look. The utility Jacket is the SOFTEST material and is on trend, can be worn with all your spring looks! Both looks here I would wear to a school function, lunch with the girls or a Saturday with the Hubs!

Updated SkinCare Routine

I recently shared on Instagram Stories the changes that I have made to my skincare routine. I have been using ZO by Obagi for about 6 weeks now and I can really see a difference in my skin. I have STRUGGLED with my skin breakouts and acne scarring for a LONG time, and with the combination of getting Dermalfusion facials I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! The products that I use are based off a skincare consultation so that I could have the best treatment and outcome possible at Vitality Natural Wellness.

I am going to list out here exactly what I use so that in case you have the same struggles you can pick up the same or make an appointment to get your skin evaluated for hopefully the same results! Nighttime Routine

  1. Remove makeup first (I use Cetaphil to assist)
  2. ZO Exfoliating Cleanser:I use this on my face and neck.
  3. ZO Dual Action Scrub: 2-3x per week less at the beginning. This helps with dry skin removal and is one of the best exfoliators I have used.
  4. ZO Oil Control Pads: These have worked WONDERS on my hormonal acne.
  5. ZO Instant Pore Refiner: Reduces the size and look of pores.
  6. ZO Brightener and Retinol: I use the .5% Retinol
  7. ZO Hyrdrafirm Eye Brightening Repair Cream: I use the smallest amount ( like the size of a grain of rice) for each eye morning and night.

Daytime Routine
