Ladies! ALLLL the Ladies it is now ALL our times to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I have been covering the sale since it opened for cardholders a couple weeks ago, there are so many great things that are back again this year, and ALL NEW items for Fall too! Fall OOTD: Athleisure Style

It’s Fall Ya’ll LOL— It is even Fall if we don’t say that just once? I wore this outfit in New Hampshire, my new favorite location for all things fall. I think its a chic look in all black, plus totally functional for anything I need to do this season. This puffy vest is really cute and functional (Size down) and the belt can make it a bit dressier with a cinched in waist. There is a similar longer version that I also linked (and own, size down in that one too) Really good options for a third layer and you want to be hands free at the same time

Nordstrom has several cute things I can wear now and later in to the season, love partnering with them and sharing their new arrivals, it’s always been a go-to place for whatever I need.

Denim Haul with Kut From the Kloth

Good Morning ladies! As promised I have a fun Denim Haul today featuring several pair of jeans from Kut From the Kloth at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I get asked all the time what my favorite brands are during the sale and I ALWAYS have my eyes on Kut From the Kloth for a few reasons! 1. On Trend Styles, 2. Great Price Point, 3. Fit and Softness make these jeans so comfy!

I have 4 pair I am featuring here on the blog– I will have a try on in my Instagram Stories so don’t miss that– but these particular style are perfect for transitioning into Fall and winter- wear now with a T-shirt and add a sweater or jacket later with your booties!

FYI- All are high waisted, soft, and I am wearing a 10 (which is my true size in denim) Price point is AMAZING on these jeans! Always under $100 but during the sale they will ring in around $60 a pair, such a good deal to snag! When possible I linked up the Pluz Sized options as well! 🙂

The Catherine Ab Fab boyfriend style denim here are perfect for everyday on the go, where you want to have a more relaxed fit- love them with sneakers and are a such a cute style!

Love this Donna High Waisted Fab Ab raw hem denim– cute little exposed buttons draw interest to your look and LOVE the contrast for fall!

Everyone needs a black denim in their life for Fall and Winter – The Donna High Waist Ankle Skinny are a great place to start building your fall wardrobe. Being a tshirt and jeans girl myself, I like to dress up my black denim so I can stay comfy in my outfit! Linked up a washed black for a slightly more edgy look as well! 😉

Lastly, the Diana High Waist Skinny Relaxed denim I love for an everyday dark denim that has great potential for day to night wear! This pair is also great for my gals who don’t love super tight skinnies, as they are slightly relaxed in the lower leg!

February Resort & Vacation Haul

Hey Ladies! Happy weekend! Prepping for a little time in the sunshine with my boys next week, so I thought I would share some swimsuit and resortwear considerations for a little getaway!

We are heading to Orlando, Florida we have been MANY MANY times and most recently in September– for those wondering what it’s like there now you can catch up on my last post here and another here of all we like to do!

Sizing: FYI on my sizes: I am 5-10 and a M/L top & 10/12 bottoms In swimsuits I always size up to an XL — no pinching and for length in the torso for one pieces. The denim shorts I go with the same theory and size up two from my typical denim size!

We love doing these as I think we can all agree that not all bodies are the same, and its fun to see how an item will look on not just me and my size but another body type as well!

The Best of 2020

Well girls, here we are– we made it. Just like any other year, we aren’t sure what lies ahead, but I know most of us are ready to put 2020 behind us! I hope you are ending this year still full of hope and setting goals for the next year ahead- I DEFINITELY am! Still so much to work on and improve ourselves with!

Been spending time this week, chasing hamsters LOL — Just kidding I am letting them GO! 😉 But also reflecting on our favorites in the past year! So fun actually to see the stages of the year based on what you all loved the most!

All I can say is, after looking at all the pictures from the year: 1. Thankful I don’t need to do magnetic lashes again (WHOA, OMG hope you didn’t take my tutorials too seriously) 2. I really need to get my spray tan going again.

Love ya’ll! We learned A LOT in 2020, Let’s not waste a minute getting back to ourselves this year and making the most of it and 2021! Don’t let the Year define you — YOU Define YOU!

BEST OF FASHION

Staples are what we all invested in this year- The scuba hoodie is one of my favorite lululemon items- instantly recognizable and will last for years to come! I wear a size 10
Not to be outdone the Target Lululemon Dupe is not far behind— I always try to find my favorite items at different price points- and this zip sweatshirt does not disappoint! Everyone loves the slim style and funnel neck collar– the target version does a great job! I wear a size large!

Whether you love the Lululemon version or not- the price point cannot be beat!

More Target Athleisure Favorites!

This bra in most households has completely replaced the typical underwire bra this year! Its SOOO Comfy and does the job of holding up the girls without the underwire! I wear 36DD/34DD

The Walmart Hoodie that we all went crazy for in the month of December– beat out all our other winners by a landslide in the last month of the year! I wear a size large but can size up for more length if you want!
The Cotton Notch Collar Blazer is a fan favorite! There is an entire styling session dedicated to this piece that is now in many closets Nationwide! I wear the large!
My favorite workout pant I discovered this Spring– it DOES IT ALL! Comfortable enough to wear all day but no more need to have a different pair of leggings for yoga, run, lift etc. these do it all. High waisted and 7/8 length! I wear the size 8

THE number one item of the year, the Target Sports Bra! Still one of my favorites– though I do need a little refresh! This seamless style sports bra is SUPER comfy there is a medium support which is what is pictured but also the high support. Linked both below!

So much athleisure favorites — and sneakers are always a must have! They are a top seller this year, whether you made a 2020 commitment or are embarking on a new one, I take my shoes serious 🙂

Good American Denim made the list as one of our most shopped items in 2020– Funny right since we are all wearing sweats all year! But these jeans are LEGIT the closest thing to leggings as its going to get– and they make your legs look a mile long! Linked up some that are on sale, including this pair! I wear a size 10— remember if you don’t jump to get into them, you’re doing it wrong. LOL.

BEST OF BEAUTY

I do think its worth noting a few beauty items that are among the yearly favorites! Even though not necessarily in the fashion category MANY women have taken advantage of these items and added them into their routines!

2. My Liquid Collagen has been a great little supplement to add to my daily routine! I have seen improvements in my skin hair and especially Nails! There are two that I take — LIFE is great for an overall collagen supplement and TRIM is great for the collagen intake and added CLA which is a fat inhibitor. Can’t give too much credit to the TRIM for any weight loss, but it certainly can’t hurt to prevent a little fat storage!
