This page is meant to be a place where I answers FAQ on the Nutrition program that I follow. The program that I follow is guided by a Coach and is called Faster Way to Fat Loss™ So many of us are looking for a sustainable lifestyle that will help keep in feeling in control and also maintain a balance!
I have been doing this program for several months, while I am not a coach– SO many of us have joined in on this program together for the same reasons! I am truly so happy so many of us have found that balance on this program, but know it is not a quick fix, its something we need to stay up on everyday!

What is the Faster Way to Fat Loss™program?
This program is a sustainable lifestyle that combines fitness, nutrition and intermittent fasting in order to increase muscle and lose fat. The program is guide by a Faster Way Certified Coach who will help you learn the tools you need to work the program and also assist in modifications as needed. This is a CUTTING EDGE approach that specifically addresses the needs we have as women (men too), helps us get better sleep and feel less deprived.
What exactly happens in the Program?
So the program works in “Rounds”. They are 8 weeks total: the first 4 weeks are called “Prep Week” where our only job is to learn about the program. Jocelyn will help figure out our Macros, learn what the routine is and get our Our coach will guide you through with videos, LIVE Q&A and tons of support. After the 4 weeks, we begin tracking for 4 weeks in membership. You will have access to more workouts, plans and have the full support of Jocelyn. The full 8 weeks you will have access to our coach, we do daily check ins in our Facebook group. The goal is progress and not perfection. I sometimes miss a day and will have mess ups. But we all do, and that’s what the coaching is there for! After your 8 week round, You are automatically enrolled in the membership program, so you can continue your journey on the FASTer Way lifestyle with additional support. Don’t want to continue with membership? No worries! just let them know!
How Much Does this cost and What do I Get?
Your first round will cost $199 for the 8 week program. You will have access to a portal with ALL KINDS of tools and information: Sample Cookbook, workouts, access to our Facebook group specific to your round start date– so everyone is in the same boat. LIVE training calls, support from your peers and coaches. Seriously No experience is necessary, you will learn everything you need to know once the round begins!
Is there a Food Plan?
YES! Beginning the August 19 Round there IS a meal plan! As well as suggested foods broken up in Protein/Carbs/Fats Etc. Since we all have different Macro Needs, a food plan doesn’t wouldn’t be helpful for us all. So instead you have the freedom to make what you like to eat you just need to fit it into your Macro count for the day! (Which is why so many of us love the program, we don’t feel deprived)
What’s the Deal with the Workouts?
So the program provides us with at home and in Gym workout programming. The program is built around what our nutrition plan is for the day so we can see maximum results! HOWEVER– Some ladies choose to focus on nutrition and not workout, which is fine. I personally enjoy my group fitness classes, so I just continue with those. Really you can do whatever you like to do and what fits your needs! (Again, love the flexibility part)
Do I NEED to keep going on the rounds like You do?
No you don’t. NOTHING is held back in your round, you will learn ALL the tools you need to take the lifestyle and run with it on your own should you choose to give it a go without a coach! I personally LOVE the accountability and to have her help when I need it! So I just keep going! 😉
How often and for HOW LONG do you Fast in the program?
We Fast everyday in this program. In a typical day I will stop eating by 8pm and then start eating the next day around lunchtime (12/1pm). The Goal being 16-18 hours. Most of the Fasting is done while sleeping and so really you just skip breakfast. If you are a huge breakfast eater, there will be a transition period but I found it to be pretty easily done after a week or so. Now I have no problem waiting until lunch and sometimes I even go longer if I know I am going to be out later in the evening!
Can you drink anything during the Fasting period?
Yes, I drink black coffee and water. You can also add tea if you choose. Adding creamers has the potential to break your fast with protein and fiber in dairy products. If you can’t handle black coffee, I know some ladies purchase Nut Pods on Amazon and that can be used– but once you get in the round you can ask our coach and find out what else is acceptable during the Fasting Period.
Can I do the program while Breastfeeding?
Yes, Our coach will work with you specifically on your needs and intake.
