Hey Friends, Happy Wednesday!

Our week has been going by quickly, we have had quite a bit of rain this week, but I really am ready for the gloomy cozy days, so it does not bother me one bit! Today’s outfit post is for a more dry fall day! I like this look because its a fun way to print mix, and its a nice transition outfit for when the days start out cool, but end up on the warmer side. <Le Sigh, Ohio> I have worn this dress a few times, is very comfortable and great for layering!  You’ll need to take a peek because its VERY affordable. I like the print mix of this look, so fun with the fall floral scarf! I have tried on this scarf in my try-ons a few times, and I think its a great piece to add for some cute color! My booties are making yet another appearance here on the blog, I had these from last year, I LOVE the perforated detail and they are SO comfortable! If you are a teacher or anyone who needs to be on their feet most days, I highly recommend!

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018

Ok Friends, here’s the rundown on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This is my first time “covering” this sale as a blogger– but trust me when I say its NOT my first rodeo shopping this sale. I have spent many a HOT summer days shopping for my fall clothing– and I know that’s not very appetizing right now– but also i have been HAUNTED by the items that I didn’t but because they sold out before I could make a decision!  And I cried ALL THE TEARS! J/k.. Not really.  You really don’t want to be sorry when you see something that is no longer available — and then you have to pay full price when it gets restocked. Or wait until next year.  🙁

So, Nordstrom has only a couple weeks a year where they offer customers an AWESOME sale– new arrivals included both summer and fall. ITS NEW ARRIVALS. Additionally, this is not just about clothing.  This is home, beauty and kids that they put on sale. It’s enormous and so so amazing. I’m glad you said you wanted a roundup on this because I’m getting HYPED!

If you don’t have a Nordstrom Card, I would consider getting one, not only do they have a great points and rewards system, but you get a bonus for opening one up, and you will get early access to the sale. Like a WHOLE WEEK ahead of public access.

Regardless of what options you have, be sure to watch me on stories and also get to know the categories on how I have arrange it on the blog— You will be ready to buy when it goes live. I am not kidding, this is a killer sale.

The Maxi Dress: 50 Under $50

Hey Friends! Baseball is all done and we are getting down to our bucket list items for fun things to do! I decided to do a roundup of Maxi Dresses. There are so many of us that aren’t into shorts, and sometimes not into a jumpsuit. Maxi Dresses are classic and elegant. You can stay comfy, and fashionably super smart!  A Maxi Dress can elevate your wardrobe in any situation, and can be worn in any kind of situation- from backyard barbecue to wedding guest! What’s great about it too, is that you don’t really need much jewelry especially if you have a statement dress like the one I’m wearing!

The Maxi I’m wearing here is a great one because its a T-shirt material which keeps it comfy, and the floral  is perfect for an evening out! Unfortunately mine is sold out (story of my life) BUT there are still so many great choices that I have hand selected. I have rounded up 50+ Maxi dresses UNDER $50! I have them for any situation and just about any kind of print!
